See All ReviewsMaybe it’s just me, but I’m not from this area but the food here was not to the best of its quality from what I’m used to. I didn’t understand why my taco meat taste the same as my enchilada meat. Maybe somebody could explain it. The rice had peas in it, and I’m not judging just not used to it.
Food was good and plentiful. There was a band playing on the outdoor patio which was a popular area. There is a box of instruments that kids are allowed to use like tambourines and Mariachis and they are allowed to stand up front by the band to participate in the show. It has been a good place to bring young children because they feel included in the entertainment. Many families patronize this restaurant so if you want a quiet dinner, perhaps not for you. The churros for dessert are great. The wait staff is very attentive and polite. My drink was kept filled and I enjoyed my meal there.
One of the only restaurants in Oakdale, so it’s the best out of three spots lol. I went on Sunday around 7 pm and it wasn’t too crowded. Good service and vegetarian selection, though my spinach quesadilla was too salty and I don’t like the cheese they use it’s almost like a cream instead of a cheese. The margaritas are very reasonably priced and strong.
